London, January 04, 2024: The 20th Americas Energy Summit & Exhibition will return to Louisiana, moving from Lake Charles to New Orleans, from January 16-19, 2024. 

The 20thAmericas Energy Summit & Exhibition, formerly known as the Americas LNG & Gas Summit & Exhibition, will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, from January 16-19, 2024.
The Summit will bring together senior LNG leaders from across the global value chain to define the critical role LNG, natural gas and hydrogen will play in delivering energy security, economic stability, and the ongoing drive for decarbonization. A core component of the Summit is the expanding Leaders of Tomorrow Program that invites university students to submit essays focused on the conference agendas. All entrants will gain access to the Summit and winners will win internships at global companies, Bechtel Corporation and Worley.

The Summit has three conference streams focusing on LNG, natural gas, hydrogen, ammonia, carbon capture, including a Technical Conference featuring in-depth presentations and analysis on over 12 different topics related to the energy industry. The Strategic Conference will cover the entire LNG value chain at this crucial stage in its evolution, with discussions on demand growth in Asia, Europe's supply gap, FIDs in North America and elsewhere, as well as an in-depth overview of the current geopolitical outlook, helping participants make informed decisions to shape their commercial strategy for 2024.  

 

The Hydrogen Conference, co-hosted with TMEIC, focusses on a broad range of business-critical topics on how the industry will develop and flourish in the Americas and globally. Topics include hydrogen production and storage, investment and government incentives (IRA/BIL), hydrogen hubs, logistics and mobility, ammonia challenges, carbon capture, hydrogen fuel cells, leadership, and safety amongst others.
