Mr. Thomas has over 15 years of experience in the maritime energy sector, currently working as a Project Manager for COWI's global oil & gas marine terminal market sector. Mr. Thomas has been involved in successfully leading design teams through all phases of a project from feasibility and concept development all the way through to detailed design and construction. Mr. Thomas has experience working for both consultants and EPC contractors and has extensive experience in the marmite design and construction of LNG facilitates, both in the US and internationally.
