Industrial Civil Engineer and Master in Business Administration, both titles from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. With complementary studies in areas of Applied Economics, Project Evaluation, Energy Power Market and Oil & Gas Industry.
Professional with 20 years of working experience in business areas of power generation, transmission and trading companies, in Chile and Argentina. Wide expertise in the energy and natural gas markets in Latin America.
Since 2009, he has worked as Head of Gas & Fuels Latam of Enel Chile, responsible for the gas operations of the Enel group in Latin America. As a representative of Enel, he has participated in the origination, development and commercial operation of the LNG business in Chile, as manager of the all company´s business related to the Quintero LNG Terminal and also as a member of the board of the companies GNL Chile and GNL Quintero.
